Frequently Asked Questions
​How Do I Place A Customized Order?
​
Customized orders can be placed two ways.
​
1. Click on the shop tab and click customized basket and describe in the notes section the type of basket you would like. You will be charged $50 which is the minimum price for a customized basket and I will invoice you the remaining cost if your basket is more than $50.
​
2. Click on the contact tab and send me a message describing the type of basket you would like. I will give you a quote for your basket and send you an invoice for the total cost. .

Shipping
​
ALL SWEETGRASS CREATIONS ARE MADE TO ORDER. No two baskets are the same. The time needed to prepare sweetgrass creations for shipping varies. Item's can take up to a 8 weeks to make and ship. If item's take over 8 weeks the seller will contact the customer.

All items are shipped via USPS and can take up to 7 business days to arrive once shipped. A shipping confirmation email including tracking information will be provided to customers
​Returns & Refunds
​
REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Please contact me if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. EXCHANGES are left to our discretion. The customer is responsible for any shipping cost related to returning the basket, which must be in its original state-unused and new condition.

Cancellations
​
I gladly accept cancellations.​ Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase by using the contact tab to leave a message with your order information and request to cancel order.
Care Instructions
​
Using a soft brush or cloth, gently wash your basket in soapy water. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and air dry. The grasses used in these baskets are from swamps and marsh areas, so water will not hurt them.
